Carlotta Luke fancied checking out the new café, Caccia & Tails, in Station Street. She’d heard they had a new angle – Italian and American – and thought some cooking shots might fit well with our ‘larder’ theme. She’d also heard they made their own focaccia – so went along to get a few snaps of chef Elisa in action with the dough. (Check out too our food review on pg 79 of this month's issue.)
